Audi

Founded in 1910 under the name Audi Automobilwerke in Zwickau, Germany, the Audi brand established itself as a major automobile manufacturer, recognized for its technological innovation and high-performance engines. The Audi story is marked by decisive milestones: integration into the Volkswagen group in 1966, the launch of the revolutionary Audi 80 in 1972, and especially the introduction of Quattro transmission in 1980, which fundamentally transformed the driving experience on wet roads and became a distinctive element of the brand's premium positioning against competitors BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The Audi range today covers all segments, from compact city cars to luxury sedans and SUVs, with emblematic models such as the A3, A4, A6, A8 and the R8 coupe, produced in factories located in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm in Germany, as well as in Belgium, Hungary and Spain. Since 2009 and the arrival of the first Audi e-tron, the Audi manufacturer is resolutely committed to electrification, with a strategy aiming for 100 percent electric vehicles by 2035, aligned with the Volkswagen group's objectives. The Audi technical specifications reflect expertise in refined design, interior comfort and advanced driving assistance systems, positioning the brand as a technology leader in the global premium automobile segment.
