The Saab 96 is an iconic Swedish compact car, born in 1960 and produced for more than three decades, embodying Saab's innovative and functional approach in the small family sedan segment. Launched as the direct successor to the Saab 93, the Saab 96 quickly established itself as a benchmark in terms of safety, ergonomics and engine technology, thanks notably to its characteristic two-stroke engine and its clean aerodynamic design signed by Sixten Sason.
