Xpeng
Xpeng, a Chinese automobile manufacturer founded in 2014 by He Xiaopeng, has established itself as one of the leading players in intelligent electric vehicles in Asia, alongside competitors like BYD and NIO. Xpeng's history began in Guangdong Province, where the brand launched its first model, the G3, in 2018, followed by the P7 in 2020, thus establishing a notable presence in the market for electric sedans and SUVs. The Xpeng range has progressively expanded with the P8, a plug-in hybrid launched in 2021, then the arrival of the G9 models (premium SUV) and P5 (compact sedan), reflecting a multi-segment strategy adapted to the expectations of the Chinese and international market. With three operational production facilities in 2022 and an annual capacity exceeding 600,000 vehicles, Xpeng continues rapid expansion, having delivered approximately 141,600 vehicles in 2021. Xpeng models integrate proprietary advanced autonomous driving technologies, sophisticated onboard connectivity and infotainment systems among the most advanced in the sector, elements detailed in each Xpeng specification sheet. Present in mainland China, Hong Kong and Europe since 2021, the group also has subsidiaries and strategic partnerships with renowned equipment suppliers, positioning the brand as a manufacturer resolutely focused on innovation and future electric mobility.
