Mini is a British automotive brand founded in 1959 by the British Motor Corporation, which has become one of the icons of automotive design and a pioneer of the compact urban vehicle concept. Mini's history begins with the launch of the original model, designed by Alec Issigonis, which revolutionizes the segment by offering a spacious interior in a minimalist body just 3.05 meters long, characterized by its small-diameter wheels and innovative transverse engine. Since 2001, the date of the brand's relaunch by BMW group following its acquisition in 1994, Mini deploys a diversified range including the famous Mini Cooper, the Mini Clubman with its distinctive two-tone design, the Mini Countryman for the compact crossover segment, and more recently the electric Mini Cooper SE launched in 2019, thus positioning the Mini manufacturer against competitors such as Fiat (500) and Volkswagen (Up).
